Sunkiss my female single factor sun conure is shaking her head 'No'. Whats funny, is she starts out at the very back of her cage because right before taking this video she shook her head no and ran to the back where I could not reach her when I was calling for her. Whats funny in this video besides her coming back to me while shaking her head still 'no', my husband is in the background singing :) Yes, that is him singing in a high voice to 'when I call on Jesus all things are possible' haha sorry Love
Sunkiss is soon to be a Mommy parrot

  • Are they noisy at night? How are they during the day?

    Do they need constant attention?

  • @celpabedn They are not at all noisy at night, they go in their box to sleep as soon as the sun goes down. Sometimes if we stay up late and are too noisy for them, they will knock their beaks against the side of their box- kind of like complaining of their noisy neighbors (us, lol). In the morning they are a little noisy when I get up, and then are pretty quiet during the day.

  • @celpabedn They don't need constant attention, I keep their cage in a location were they can see us most of the day(I recommend a family room or living room) and I try to get them out for an hour or so every day when my baby is sleeping and they stay really tame and love to come out of their cage. I think they require less attention than a dog since you don't have to take them potty all the time and we can even leave them over night if we go somewhere and they do really well.

  • @aubriesanimals I agree. I have 2 sun conures myself and people always have an impression that they need constant attention like 24/7 and are noisy as hell but based on my experience with my sunnies they aren't noisy (except during morning feeding time) and they're ok with just watching me do stuff but i always try to play with em oustide their cage at least an hour a day.

  • @aubriesanimals they can be though for sure.

  • Cute

  • @Birdlover5555 She did it herself. haha Somehow both of my birds picked up shaking their head 'no' when they do not want to listen. My male will hang from our chandelier and shake his head no when I ask him to come down. Rotten birds :)

  • That was cool how did you get her to do that??

  • so much orange/red O_O its beautiful
