Lawsuit filed against Stephen Baldwin for fraud

Celebrity Apprentice Stephen Baldwin served with a lawsuit for fraud touting Loco-Joe Cappuccino drink for admitted felon William Richards. Baldwin calls Charity Beverage "his company" while touting Loco Joe on Charity Beverage websites. Charity Beverage CEO Richards plead quilty to misappropriation of trusted funds (stealing?) for over 40 investor/distributors and was ordered to pay restitution of $1,395,000.00.

3 investor/distributors filed a lawsuit against Baldwin and Richards in New York courts for fraud, misrepresentation and deception. Richards has failed to respond and Plantiffs were awarded a default judgment (guilty as charged?)

The case is still pending against Baldwin.

Now Baldwin appears on Celebrity Apprentice with pending lawsuit alleging fraud? We wonder if Donald Trump knows his latest contestant may have committed alleged deception and fraud from his business practices?

Maybe not in the way you would like, but Christ said He will reveal Himself to the humble and hide himself from the proud. S. Baldwin is not infallidble nor is any other person, Christian or not.
