  • @Leonnidik Yes it does...especially to us Braves fans. Yes i believe we should have won more than one championship. But we were very proud to have Bobby as our manager. he was as classy as they come. Going to b weird seeing another skipper in the Braves dugout next year. Were going to miss you Bobby. Thanks for all the great memories!!

  • Bobby cox is a legend. A class act. never seen a manager that supported his players like Bobby did. Like John Smolts said it few years ago 'IF YOU DONT DESERVE TO PLAY FOR BOBBY COX, YOU DONT DESERVE TO PLAY FOR ANY OTHER MANAGER". Thx for the great memories !!!

  • @brixx002 158. most all time

  • @Leonnidik The fans don't get to enjoy the rings. That's for the players only. But both the fans and the players can look at those pendants and remember all the things that happened in those seasons.

For instance 1992 was the season they were in last place at the All-Star Break and came back to win the NL.

  • @BuckWilliams17 - I get you, well said. But, there should have been more rings. Isn't that what they were going for?

  • @Leonnidik One World Series Championship. But did you see all the Division and League Championships as well? Some teams (no names) win so much it no longer becomes an honor when they do it. But the Braves have constantly had to battle their way to the top. So, any achievement, large or small, is an honor. Bobby said he had a very small hand in it, but I believe the biggest part was him cheering his players on day in and day out, win or lose. There will never be another Bobby Cox.

  • I'm not a braves fan but I think extremely highly of Bobby Cox. That guy was solid.

  • yesterday i asked ted turner," who bobby cox was" he replied who?

  • I will miss hearing bobby saying Cmon kid

  • how many games was bobby thrown out of, and dont u just miss the greg maddux, tom glavine, smoltz, and mark wholers days lol, those were the best , including david justice, and fred mcgriff, mark lempke, those were the good ones

  • I am going to miss Bobby Cox as manager he was great! But next season the only person that will still be on the dl is Kris Medlen so where are they going to put Omar Infante?
