  • Kason Gabbard, David Murphy and a C-level prospect for Eric Gagne, who turned into a supplemental first-round pick in 2008? I'll take it... our supplemental for Pedro was Clay Buchholz. Can't wait to see who we draft =)

  • @evanbrunell Stumbled on this by accident, but two years later David Murphy would have been your best outfielder this season and Engel Beltre (C-level prospect) hit .331 in high A ball this year.

Your supplemental pick became part of the Victor Martinez deal, so that's still up in the air.

  • @peterjenningslungs I don't think Murphy would have been our best outfielder, but he certainly would have started over the joke that became left field once Ellsbury went down. Beltre has makeup questions but is developing very well. That supplemental pick did turn into V-Mart who ended up a great add for Boston, but that's nowhere close enough to call this trade a massive dud for Boston.

  • Shut the fuck up and get back to doing your little shitty videos nobody watches you god damn loser.

  • U guys give up nearly all ur good prospect for veterans. In a couple yrs when Jeter, A-ROD, Mo Rivera, Abreau, Giambi, Damon, Posada, Molina, Pudge, Sexson, Pettite and Mussina either all retire or are out of their prime...the yankees will SUCK.

  • And is that Dusty Brown catching

  • My last name is Gagne and I pitch and close but I mostly was a starting pitcher this year

  • @evanbrunell Engel Beltre was never a C prospect.. maybe now, but not in 2007.

  • I don't understand how nationality became an issue here, Gagné used to be a great pitcher back with the dodgers, a Cy Young winner. Nationality has nothing to do with skills in a professionnal sport like major league baseball. Comments like "frog this frog that" are useless.

  • lol tampa 24 games back at that time

  • someone seems a little irritated
