  • It's a warning against taking things for granted. The quicksand means that we need to be careful, we make plans and we're too materialistic, and G-d laughs at us cos we're not realising He's the one in control and we need to be careful and grateful to Him for everything we have, and hope G-d doesn't let us sink in the quicksand. It's a beautiful song.
