Information on how to setup and use a disc cutter correctly in order to cut different materials including stone and metal. Also tips on how to change cutting disks and avoid cracking stone slabs when you are cutting them.

  • To answer the comments which have come in via email. Yes, the cutter should not be connected to the electricity when you are changing the disc. In our video it was only plugged in AFTER the blade was changed.

    We would also like to assure our viewers that DIY Doctor tradesmen always wear protective footwear. Our chosen favourite are the Dewalt Logic safety trainers although some of our guys wear white slip on Chukka Boots and Dickies Safety trainers. Thanks for your concerns.
