Lisa is on the therapist's couch receiving an eyebrow top-up and eyeliner by Permanent Make Up Artist, Nilam Patel.

Nilam has offered to sponsor Lisa's training to become a qualified Permanent Cosmetic Artist and goes into detail about the course location and timing; there might be a course in London starting in October.

The training will encompass HD Brow Shaping, a technique uniquely developed by Nilam, together with lip eye and brow tattooing. Lisa will need to treat 12 case studies over a 12 week period.

Nilam explains the course would normally cost £8000 - £9000, with equipment another £3000 on top plus £5000 for the medical course. At the end of the training, the final exam will entail treating a client's lips, lips eyes and brows, followed by a further 4-5 months of work and medical treatment to include Areola Nipple Tattoo.

Lisa is already feeling the before-and-after effect of the treatment which she says is a major confidence booster and re-inforcing her femininity.

With eyebrows perfectly poised it's on to the eyewatering part ....... after applying some local anaesthetic Nilam gets to work on the permanent eyeliner, while Lisa provides an update on the stable yet volatile condition of the inoperable brain tumour she must live with every day for the rest of her life. The tumour must be closely monitored every six months and has forced Lisa to make some emotional decisions over children and motherhood.

Delighted with her new eye and brow definition, Lisa prepares to hit the road back down to London, where the launch of Guardian Angel Events Spiritual Evenings awaits .........

I think we boys can also use this eyebrow shaping to some extent

(imagine that summer sweating around the eyes being much less in the summer)

Also: can these guys also permanently remove the hairs on our ears ?

(speaking about the airphones that go into the ears...)
