Testing the lifting capabilities of the stock GWS wing (NO under bracing or carbon), I built up a servo actuated drop mechanism. I then scratchbuilt a 65% version of my blue foam flying wing and hooked it all up to the SS's fuse. As you can see the SS has NO trouble taking off or flying with the added weight and drag of the 2nd plane. The Mini Wing is powered by a Turnigy 2000kv 10gr brushless on a 5x5 prop.
The Slow Stick is powered by a 1200kv Hacker clone with 9x3.8sf prop.

This drop was the wing's first flight........what better way to maiden something huh? LOL, get it 80ft up and let her go!!!
