This is how to make 500k in 2-3 hours
#1. Go to Bank and get a lobster and a Mithril Axe
#2. Chop oak by fairy ring
#3. Use oak on fairy ring
You will then get 30gp the First time
When you do it again you'll receive 1k
Again you will receive 2k and so far so on
This is a glitch
Hopefully since this post it will not get fixed
