  • i love the tail of the fish. i always take it first when ever my mom cooks it.

  • @dedries I saw it and I've seen it live, too. I've been here for a long time, but I swear that fish is still living, and it's NOT just a "nerve reaction"!

  • @camswitzer we've been going to fukui for 11 yrs, my son also attends hoei elementary school when we are there (near nishibetsuin) he goes to japanese saturday school in amsterdam

mikuni is also nice in summer for fireworks and beach

never lived in fukui but i would rather live there than tokyo

    u live in fukui?

    like the videos!

    good weel to u too

(on my page i have the gasping aji tataki video @ yakichi

  • @dedries By the way, if you want to show your family & friends Fukui... most of my 450 videos were taken in Fukui. Probably 60-70%. They can see a LOT of the nature of Fukui (if that interests them). Many people think of Japan only as Tokyo, but it is so different. Hard for them to imagine. Show them my videos and they will be able to imagine! Have a great week. - Cam

  • @dedries Very cool! How many years have you been visiting Fukui? Did you live there at all?
