Another short video, this time looking at a bit of iron cross training. Putting the arms through the straps shortens the lever, and is ideal for those like myself who are trying to build up the bicep, elbow, chest, and shoulder strength to start training the iron cross properly. Before starting this make sure you have a good ring support, as this can be extremely taxing on the elbows and shoulders. More tutorials will be coming soon! Train hard!

  • @Alberigo121 Thanks mate, yes I do train lower body, using exercises like single leg squats, hamstring raises, and I also do a lot of jumping. I'll be putting some tutorials up on lower body pretty soon so keep checking back!
