  • hi there ..i would like to ask you why didnt you do cantholysis and another you did not release lower lid retractors from lower tarsal plate ? can we do away with such steps?

  • Both these steps are acheived at the same time as I cut with the scissors along the inferior border of the tarsal plate.

  • hi again! your technique of lester jones tube insertion with 27 g needle and venflon is so much simpler than wats classically described in texts using spinal needle and 5910 beaver blade. gr8 demo.
