OMG so that's how you make that delicious spicy and sweet korean squid. I remember buying this at a korean market one day and eating it with rice and it was so good. I also remember buying something similar as this with the dried fish of some sort. It was a little hard to chew but that's what made it so good. The more I chewed on it, the more flavor came out. I can eat this stuff just by itself as well, so yummy. Thanks Aeri for showing us how it's done. Cheers!!!

my friends mom makes this (he and his family is korean obviously) and its SO good but the way she makes it is so spicy.

looks amazing. Dont have shredded cuttle fish wonder if it will work with fillets? also what kind of chilli paste is it that you use? thanks

yes.. fillets .. are big chunk of dried fish ?? if it is.. you can cut into smaller pieces..I use.. sempio red pepper paste.. ^^ it's korean brand.. thanks
