@gbonen I've used some from work. They work but not well, cause the point has one hole that gets clogged. Whereas a commercial injector has a pointed tip, w/o the hole and the sides of the large needle has multiple holes. Secondly the gauge of hospital/vet needles are small. The marinade clogs it easily.

Couldn't you just buy some syringes and veterenary needles and do the same for only cents ?

Of course you could - that's all these are; big syringes.
But you'll have trouble finding a needle big enough to do this - and anyway, they are not just cents - they run closer to $4, with only a narrow gauge needle.
