This is my outfit that I wore when I went out shopping with a friend of mine.
I LOVE SHOULDER PADS AND BUBBLE SKIRTS.
this top is amazing, I was so excited when I saw it because DulceCandy87 has the exact same one, and she is such a fashion inspiration to me, and when I saw her wearing this top on her blog I was like omg I wish they had a top like that in Australia ( I WISH THEY HAD FOREVER21 IN AUSTRALIA), and when I saw it in valleygirl I was so excited.

I like the outfit, but isn't it a little bit fancy for just going shopping with friends??? Also, like a lot of people are saying, those are called flats, not pumps. but maybe in australia they are called pumps, i dont know. I also thought it was a bit over the top to have a 5 minute video for just an OOTD
