Abec 7 bearing spin

horrible bearings so far. i was given these almost new from a friend because they vibrate and barely spin . i have cleaned them multiple times and it improved slightly but still sucks. the abec 5's are MUCH better than these and the bones reds just kick ass.

Okay, I'd like to clarify a few things. These are indeed ABEC 7 bearings, they come in a plastic tube. Turn your speakers up and LISTEN to how LOUD they are. These bearings vibrate and are of very poor quality. This is a 70 mm longboard wheel, therefore heavier and more momentum, and it still spins for short time. My trucks are not backwards, they're longboard trucks to you idiot seven year old skate boarders.

Bearing free spin DOES matter. Longer spin=less friction/wear/heat/damage

well they sure spin for a LOT longer than my Bones Super Swiss 6 and my friends Bones Reds. The Reds spun for no more than 15 seconds and my Super Swiss 6 for about 12.

@Squirelll bones bearings are wonderful. break the in and they'll spin forever. these bearings were used then cleaned, and these is the longest theyd spin, not t mention vibrate!

it doesn't really matter how long ur wheels spin. it matters about if ur board rolls smoothly, thats the point of bearings. not how long u can make them spin with ur hand

@d28m yes bones reds would be way batter and they dont really make more of a difference because the size and hardness you choose will ditermine how you slides will be and so on

So do you think bones reds would be better? And do bearings make more of a difference rather than wheel size/hardness? Sorry I'm pretty new to long boarding and I'm just seeing where to start with upgrades. My board currently has abec 5 and they are okay, just nothing like my dads old kryptonics board from the 80's.

dude get some minilogo bearings, they're really good, gets my wheels to roll better than bear abec 7 bearings
