what is EM;? could you use fermented cabbage to start the process in grass clippings?

  • Good question.

Lactic acid Bacteria or "LactoBacilli" are known as the "workhorse" in the benificial Microbial world. These Friends of ours are what give you your Favored ferment " Cabbage".

In theory, yes you could under the right circumstances, transfer the cabbage to the clippings to ferment...

  • i would take my fresh live kimchee and blend it up with equal parts molasses. mix with a little water, spray on half dry grass clippings and bagg um up. let me know how it turns out in three weeks!!!

Ps. tune in soon to learn an easy method in culturing your own liquid live Lactobacilli!!!
