@7thStreetVideo MS Paint does not have the ability to create transparent files, this is just a method used to create an effect within the file itself. You need another program if you want to save transparent files. Gimp is good, and I've heard positive comments about paint.net but I've never tried it.
@gabrielle040298 Sorry to hear that, I'm running XP on my PC so I wouldn't know. I know that Microsoft updated their paint program, there might be another way to create a transparency?
@neitziot3loot Sorry, this was made for MS Paint on Windows XP. Don't count on me making another video for the newest version. Try Photoshop or Gimp.
