People forget that before he was a winning bodybuilder HERE, he was a winning lifter THERE . . . Arnold was a skinny bitch as a kid . . . he then developed his body and competed in Austria. It's a terrific success story for any white male to emulate. Cocky, full of himself, talking shit? Sure. But a lot of that was for effect . . . it's the persona people wanted him to be. It also sells tickets. Dig deeper to learn the real story about "Arnold." He's a truly unqiue Aryan.

i like his rowing style!!! i tried the textbookform but this dynamic style really helps to involve the lower lats as well!
