When the insurance pot is controlled by the govt (the people) we make the rules that ALL are paid, and there is no analysis or second-guessing of the doctors & surgeons (who decide ALL). That's Canada. Why do you fear an insurance pot that WANTS to pay as opposed to what the USA has now: an insurance pot with gatekeepers who want to keep the purse zipped. Gatekeepers being CLAIMS OFFICERS and thick rulebooks to deny you.
