In a lace front the only part with the individually placed hairs is on the top and front of the wig, while the rest it made from sewn wefts of hair like a traditional wig... In the full lace wig the entire cap is lace with individually placed hairs, the full lace wig can be worn in a high ponytail because even the back is lace...

full lace wigs cover the entire head. a semi lace front or partial lace front (im assuming that's the other type of wig your in need of comparing) stops about an inch to two inches before your fore-head's hair line. This is so that you can blend your own hair over it going back (typically) so that the entire style or wig looks natural.

A Front lace wig is a normal wig, that has lace only in the front. The hairline of the wig looks real, but you can't lift it up in the back for a ponytail. A full lace wig, is the entire base of the wig is made of lace which looks real throughout and can be lifted into a high ponytail. Hope this helps!
