@Askywarrior You have any source to justify your claims?
India lost many planes on ground itself in 1965 war because PAF first attacked the forward air bases of IAF.
After the initial losses, IAF maintained the complete dominance of the skies, your armies were grilled and retreated and your then prime minister Muhammad Ayub Khan ran away to Tashkent to save face.

I don't think so it will ever come out from its testing phase. Still struggling with its Engine and Fly By Wire system. And Now IAF has announced that it will be operational in 2015 (not sure).
