no i have a year old echo pb 413 t blower it starts on first or seconds pull everytime great blower i would recomend that its pretty powerful and its just great

@man9170 well i'v had mine for almost 2 years and havent changed the apsrk plug! so it needs to be changed! im gonna change it in the spring!

ya my echo pb 251 is powerful it normilly starts on the first or second pull and i just bought a echo GT 225 and thats awsome it starts on the 3 pull usually but i love both my echos
