  • Lookin' good! You guys ever make it out to the Napa Inline race?

  • they're good

  • Fran, these are 100mm wheels, in this vid?

  • @MrJoopklepzeiker what you are saying is totally wrong, they have a marathon style posture.

more you bend on the knees less is the blood circulation, more is the fatigue and the lactic acid produced by the absence of oxygen in the muscles(oxygen is brought to the muscles by blood as you may know).

the technique you are saying can be applied just for the sprint and short distances, sprinters in fact have larger muscles cause they need explosive power, not resistance.

  • @MrJoopklepzeiker i agree,.... they lose a lot of streamlining by their bad posture.

  • If u guys lower your ass then you sit deeper, They you have more pressure on your skates, SO YOU GO A LOT FASTER AND IT USES LESS POWER!

  • garbage

  • @jflord what do you mean? I hate the sounds. I hate when they sounds so loud. I wish the didn't sound at all.

  • @mbr05c You can't say that if you see skaters only from the front view. I think that they show a rather good marathon pose. The knee angle when landing the skate is decisive! At 2:13 one of them is showing an exellent knee angle. Seeing from the side is quite different from seeing from the front...

  • No offense intended to the skaters, but their stance is off. The backs are bent too forward and they aren't bending their knees enough. This could come from a lack of quad strength or not knowing better.
