they purposely made the game slower on pc. a decent graphics board cant handle the game because of the piss-poor conversion

Most video cards even mid range can handle the game, its how cpu intensive the game is... my 3.6ghz Q6600 can bearly keep the game rolling above 30fps in dense areas

i7 930 @4.5ghz
evga clasefied
3x 5870 i crossfire.@ 1000/1300
6gb ddr3 corsair dominator GT
i can run this game at 45 fps .. gta 4 suck.

well fuck... guess it wouldnt be worth upgrading to a q9550.. probibly wouldnt even change my fps...
my current setup...
Q6600 @ 3.6ghz
6gb 900mhz ram @ 4-4-4-12
EVGA 780i @ 1800fsb
2x EVGA GTX 260 SLI
@1080p with settings at high and view distance at 30, i get 30 to 40fps. Its like JUST playable lol

You dont have this on max you cunt, i have a EVGA 8800 GTS 640 MB version.. but it cant even handle high settings..

my 8800 only had 512mb vram, couldnt go higher.
