  • You must understand that they are turning punches for extra leverage and power, any techniques can be counterd. Hope you find what you are looking for, and listen to you body, and not always the mechanics

  • Nice demo. After reading countless comments like fanthor's I decided to make a simular vid to explain this in detail. Best way IMO to use a Tan or Pak Sao is with the pivot... let alone the Guan Sao's even a Wu Sao becomes a formidable weapon when used in conjunction with the pivot... All this and I only had 1.5 years of Wing Chun lessons.

  • hi, i'm a newbie in wing chun, but is that really the footwork for wing chun punch?

    you're supposed to punch in the centre, and that footwork totally opens you up for a counter
