Death Valley National Park

Recorded January 23, 2002.

Death Valley National Park is located east of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in California. It is the hottest and driest of the national parks in the United States. It also features the second-lowest point in the Western Hemisphere and the lowest point in North America at Badwater, which is 282 feet below sea level.

The video begins on the highway outside of Las Vegas as I head for Death Valley. Once inside the park I visit Dante's View, Zabriskie Point, Badwater, Artist's Drive, Artist's Palette and Golden Canyon. It was a beautiful clear day, but a bit windy.

@supercj8899 I didn't said that there should be any buildings. Talibans could live in their tents with their camels, sheeps and goats like Arabs did 200 years ago. And it would be a perfect place for them - dry desert.
