  • i just recently learned five balls, what is a good pattern to start off after cascade? i know how to do split time but i find that 2 easy compared to cascade

  • @mikehennelly Half shower. The tempo really doesn't change, it is a good trick to try after learning the cascade.

  • I do 478 show a year. The last thing I want to do in my free time is juggle. I respect the competitions, but my competing days ended many years ago.

  • Great video, thats so different from how i practice. I tend to practice stuff i dont know over and over again. Maybe i shall think it over and try to do a training session of stuff i already know. This video could be really useful for me, thanks! But how do you learn new stuff?

  • @volleydrop This is a general practice session. Occasionally I will shorten all of my reps/runs, and work on new skills. I have been at it a very long time, therefore I know how much time to devote to certain things. These are the moves that I need to have solid for stage. EVerything else is just play time basically.

  • Thanks so much for posting this! Haha, I kind of think you put that one drop in there to remind us that you are in fact a human being :-)

Great tips for practice and reps, I'll definitely incorporate what you've said here.

  • Thanks so much for making these! I eagerly await your future episodes.

Although your juggling itself is impressive enough, I am also amazed that you can keep talking through your practice session. I've tried doing that, it isn't easy!

  • to do a 180, do you throw the balls behind you or do you change positioning after the throw? do you move back a step?

  • you are too funny....oh yea, and kinda talented too :))))

  • thank you for showing me what I should work on. I have never done a 5 ball 5 up pirouette before, but I will work on it a lot. How may 3 up pirouettes should I do before I start learning the 5 up? thanks again!

  • You make 5 balls look annoyingly easy.

  • good video, it has a lot of nice idea. for me, i'd have to replace all the tricks with siteswaps and the like because i can't do any spins or anything.

    thanks for the video (Y)

  • -_-, did you really HAVE to do that ring ballance 10 ring flash at the end? -_-

Anyway, thanks for all the advices and work put in this, I will see what I can do to make my practises better! I find it hard to fill all I want to do in those randomly changing hours (average 3x 2,5 hours a week serious time, + 3x 1.5 hours play time with friends) I spend on juggling, but at some point ill get there :)

  • Anthony, very cool of you to share your practice structure. Much appreciated - Thanks!

  • very nice thanks so much;-Dit was cool if you upload more tutorial videos for 5b tricks oder 6 balls.

  • Anthony! Thank you SO much for these training sessions, these are very very helpful for me, just learning how to do 5 ball tricks! Thank you again Mr. Gatto.
