Also turn on your Anti Bolt stick, that's why your first shot was 263 and everything else was high 280-290 fps.

Try turning your LPR up a little and drop your HPR to get more consistant shots. Provided you have the right bore for your paint you shouldn't get more than +/- 5 fps on a broken in dm8 =)
