  • It would be great to see people look more into automatic train stop systems to prevent train accidents in the case of engineer medical emergencies rather than be obsessed with phones and text messaging.

  • Nice try you idiot. The NTSB was the agency that released the information that confirmed the engineer was texting 22 seconds before he face-planted the UP. The NTSB report is what led the FRA to institute the emergency order prohibiting electronic equipment while operating a train.

So in the end, take your own advice, dont say shit because you obviously dont know what you are talking about.

  • "investigtators have confirmed that sanchez was text just 22 seconds before wreck"

    THATS BS

investigtators are ONLY the NTSB and ONLY the NTSB can say the cause NOT fucken news team now the ntsb still hasnt releast anyinfo on the wreck so the news team is makeing every thing up (ALSO sanchez was texting when he was at the station NOT while he was running)

also the California puc already releast there finnal cause of the wreck (DIABETIC COMA)

bottom line dont say shit because you dont know

  • Now that the investigtators have confirmed that sanchez was text just 22 seconds before taking a header with that uncle pete- where are all those idiots who said it was a "medical emergency", or "he would never have ran a red signal"??

  • Full autopsy and toxicology results could take weeks. Be patient.

  • Well in the mean time I think restricting phone use is a no brainer.

  • I hope the NTSB reveals the autopsy results soon. I would think that if no medical issues were found, it would have been mentioned by now.
