It's not underneath Color Corrector in the list of effects? It is on mine...Hm..I'm sorry. =[

Secondary? I didn't see anything like that when I did Color Corrector D:

Oh, well, I use Color Corrector (Secondary) for that. And then you go down to "Limit Hue" and change the Center. You can also change the Width and Smooth, but I mainly use the Center. :]
