Fleetwood Mac - Dust

It's amazing what Danny Kirwan did with this Rupert Brooke poem. The melancholic harmonies and his introvert, but very intense singing are just heart-rending. It's so immensely sad that his Fleetwood Mac career ended after Bare Trees. But choosing these intensely painful lyircs is probably a strong indicating that he wasn't a very happy man at the moment....

Early '70s. This is a deceptively difficult piece to play so well. The opening arpeggio is a finger killer. i love it. It shows how well this group played together. TA

@snidelyutoob , A friend of mine asked me, "Jim, will you see to it that this is played at my funeral?" I said, "Sure, Jerry, but you're bald."

This song makes death sound like a cake walk, but I love it !
Is "Danny's Chant" posted anywhere? Or "For Your Love", from Mystery to Me (I think). I like Bob's version better than the Yardbirds.
