We have some people in it for at least the next two months. But to answer your question, 500 a month. It gets hot, up to 37C consistently in June lasting to September, October starts the rainy season. Typhoon season lasts from now through November. It's rainy and chilly around 15C 59F around New Years to Tet. In the summer due to the proximity to the ocean, there are evening shifting breezes and thunder storms. We built this on 2007 and is now for rent. I took this video because we were renting to somebody's kid and expected it to get trashed. He left it pretty much the way you see it.
