mine gate.com, BLM, bat conservancy endangers life of mine worker at apache chief mine

so there i am, trying to work the apache chief mine, as i was told we would be able to retrieve resources. i was told that the hole they covered up would remain open to provide ease of work until we were to get keys to the gates (bars that provide a 12 inch opening) to get out ore material (unfeasible and restrictive)

the us government in its infinite wisdom decided it would be okay to give us this claim to the mine and allow us to work it, yet somehow they knew all this stuff was going to happen and did nothing to let us know before we claimed the mine,.. they took the money then forced us to get "bars" on the mine for "safety" well then bats were discovered in the mine,.. LONG Before we got custody of the mine,.. then before ya know it,. we are gated off from having access to our tools

Bats are mammals which do not migrate and hibernate for the winter. Maybe I am wrong about your variety. Sorry about this.  Uprated and shared.

@CuteCatFaith there are many varieties in this area, bat con told me that the bats are not in the mine because they have migrated to mexico for the winter,.. snowbats, so to speak, they do not hibernate or stay here, not sure if you are aware but bats eat insects, at night,.. when it gets down to 35 degrees here bugs do not fly around at night,.. therefore bats cannot eat thier weight in bugs every night to survive,.. so they DO migrate for the season, they "nest" here in summer

@thedesertartist Wow, that is messed up. In Ohio, where we had five months of winter, bats slept all winter there and here in France do the same. This has got to be sorted out, you are getting screwed. Can I help? I write snail mails and provide copies.  It is only a drop in the bucket but I do it and usually follow up. Shoot! I have been sharing your videos pretty widely, by the way. I know some people who I am sure want to see them, and they have them now. xo

@CuteCatFaith well there are laws and restrictions that we have to wade thru, BLM is within thier right to protect the mine from people who do not have rights to it, right now we have to submit a plan on what we plan to do from there, mr zapel, my partner is wading thru that now, trying to get everything done the legal way, government just makes it hard to weed out the slackers

@thedesertartist It took me a couple of years and a lot of money to set up my EURL and now I owe huge social charges and have no clients yet. It is scary. Like you, I am wading through it. I just don't see any regular come coming through for me at my age and there are things I can do, but France has just not been set up recently for people who have any drive and motivation. I am about to pitch the last of my money at them. xo
