Hi Everyone!!! I just wanted to talk about sleep apnea and the dangers of it especially if you do not know you have it.

Sleep apnea is when you air passages are blocked while you are sleeping causing you to snore or even stop breathing at night.

The CPAP (Continuous, Positive, Airway, Pressure) helps treat sleep apnea by opening up air passages and allowing oxygen to flow properly to the brain.

Please if you are overweight/obese request a sleep study and get tested for sleep apnea today. I'd rather sleep with a cpap machine that to die in my sleep from snoring.

Yes, elephants are GOOD LUCK! I'm praying for you. The emotions are normal. I'm about to have LB and am feeling emotions too. I think it's all part of the process. The important thing is you're moving forward in your journey. Stay strong because we're here for you. :)

  • Look at it this way. You are making a positive change in your life. Who knows the apnea could be gone once you lose 20 or 30 pounds or less even. Take care and relax.
