  • slowness exceeds speed. you will be able to move faster and more graceful when the time is needed if you start out slow. starting slow keeps your technique, posture and balance in perfect harmony. when you learned how to walk you didnt start by running did you? when you learn anything, it is better to start slower. you wouldnt try to learn quantum physics before algebra right? when all is in harmony, power and speed are optimized. a punch with bad technique is weak..good technique is power.

  • the way is full of clapping and fallings

  • kas keegi saab sellest kommentaarist aru ilma google tõlgita

  • Bueller....Bueller....

  • Slowness leads to smoothness and accuracy.Smoothness leads to speed.

  • how about, i just beat your ass while you do all this slow shit. :D

  • Tai chi taught digitally by someone who can't probably demonstrate properly. If you can't do it right how can you gain credibility. The back muscle sounds about right, but the body does break structure slightly. You forget that the energy must coil upwards, thus torsion and movement of the back is somewhat necessary.

  • @ssj7gokurpg

Is this a joke or were you serious?

  • LOL "the camera angle is adjusted so that there is a more helpful view..."

  • I was wrong about the "circular power" video being the dumbest thing i'd ever seen. It's almost like you didn't even try on this one. Were you on a time limit and just through some words together without regard for their relationship to each other or their relationship to rational thought.

  • @mcfat89, It is done slowly so when you are listening your back would be straight.
