Man, I can't believe the guy cut it right in the middle of Don's solo! Is this continued elsewhere, I hope? Even so--of the players we got to hear, Byas wins this cutting contest--hands down. And I'm guessing that Hawkins may have even been better. Never did care for Getz's sound--just too much affectation/over-stylization for my taste....
