5 things wrong with bureaucracy,

Red-tape, conflict, redundancy,
Imperialism and waste, you see
Red-tape, conflict, redundancy,

Red tape makes some programs fail,
complex rules and procedures,
that need a paper trail.

Conflict means they counter produce,
This agency tries to increase ,
while this one tries to reduce.

Redundancy when they do the same thing,
like when the FBI and CIA,
both conduct a sting.

Imperialsim when they grow outta control,
sorta like the United States Border Patrol.

Waste is spending more than they need,
using more money than they need to succeed.
