I tried this and it just made bubbles
-
the thing is i cant see the stiff peaks and the soft peaks!!!! (-.-' )

you need a new editor,
it makes no sense that half of the video is a close up of your face,
when the food is shot far far away.
how about showing what you are describing?

I agree, Moonbal. Cooking videos are all about the food, not the cook.

can u use milk and butter for heavy cream
-
@iwovbue You can use as much heavy cream as you want, as long as you can whip it. Waring sells a food processor that can whip a quart of heavy cream in about 15 seconds.
-
@1dorinda1 It's sold in most grocery stores, usually beside the milk or by the coffee creamer.
-
@farhats11 As long as it is heavy cream, aka 35% cream content.
-
@TheSid333 A food processor with a whipping disc will do the trick. Specifically, Waring makes a food processor that is sealed and includes a patented whipping disc that will do the trick in one minute.
I whip my cream back and forth.

Overall good vid, but it would've been better if you actually pointed the camera at the whipped cream instead of yourself when you were describing the stiff peaks.
