how does the belt system work? Doing it in sweden malmo and dont know how the belt system work so plzz tell

@hultizen Well... u start a 10. kyu(White belt.).... then you climb from 9-2. kyu(Green for boys, and red for girls.).... then achieve the 1. Dan(Black belt.)... from that theres from 1 - 12. Dan.... Correct me if im wrong :)

I am 7th. kyu, but I think it is waay to high hehe... but still, it does not matter which rank I am... what matters is, that I will continue to improve myself :).

not exactly, green/red belt go from 9 to 1, and then you take the exam to go from 1st kyu to 1st dan, which is the first black belt, after that, you have from 1 to 15 grades which are black belts. You can distinguish 1-5, 6-10 and 11-15 with the bujin

Det er jeg ogs :D Jeg tænker på at starte til bujinkan. Har nemlig gået til karate og synes det blev lidt... Ja.. Du kan næsten ikk bruge karate nu til dags.. Men.. Er bujinkan taijutsu ikk fornyet... Jeg mener inspireret af hverdagen?

good to see that you are enthusiastic but just some word of advice: uke attackes with a punch, you use your bokuto (or bokken) slit his arm, throat etc. I did teach this to some of my students before but then you have to ask yourself about the seriosness level of this action; you really want to kill someone that was just punching you?

other thing; careful when training with bokuto in the belt ,this can give you a very false feeling of drawing a sword as it is very easy compared to a real 1

@defected86 Actually, there's only three belt colours in ninjutsu. 10th to 9th kyu is white, Then 8th to 1st kyu is green. 1st dan and above is black.

you´ve got to work on your swordmanship. Don´t drop you´re blade behind your back when cutting, because of that your blade will have a longer way to go than necessary, watch some Kenjutsu Videos for reference.
