  • please. this guy is a beast.

  • it seems that the people who leave negative comments on here are probably not into riding a bike or even any exercise activity at all.. I think it's great that he takes the time to do these videos. they provide education as well as inspiration

  • @scubadiver75 how about you hop off lance armstrongs dick and get some friends

  • @FuzzybunnySuperstar Lance is a great athlete who happens to have a foundation that helps people. Never said he was my role model. Athletes are just gifted at a sport. Parents should be role models. Mine were and are to me. happy to say, I never had an athlete as a role model. Was Tiger your role model? Were you just so devastated after what he did? Not me. I admired his golfing abilities before his mess and I still admire his golfing abilities after his mess. Admire the ability not the person.

  • @mannyvelo Don't care. What he does on a bike jackass. He is a poor role model.

  • @FuzzybunnySuperstar, hey ass. he runs this foundation that helps those terminally ill of cancer it's called, fuck yo mama in dee azz. now shut up and go get some mickey dees. You'll hear alot more about Lance come July:-D

  • what happen to lance's eyebrows???

  • interweb!

  • These videos are very informative to those of us who are serious cyclists. Cloth sweat headbands can also raise core temp. by trapping heat on the head and reducing airflow in the helmet. Check out a new design in headbands called the Sweat GUTR. It works great with helmets, minimizing heat retention and it is saturation proof.

  • well why don't you give him some credit, the man had a life threatening illness, and he had to overcome a lot of obstacles. some people have emotional problems with facing life and some have emotional problems facing the possiblilty of death like a cancer scare like he had. So I give him a lot of credit, even though I don't know if I'd like to ride a bicycle the way he does.

  • he's a great man, and a heck of an athlete, but he clearly spends alot of time on the internet because be said "interwebs"

that means he has a nerd side to him as well, like us normal people.
