@Jovanalfonso No. It wouldn't fit the propane cylinder for a start,and the pressures are different between acetylene and propane gases;you have to use a dedicated propane regulator for oxy-propane cutting. If you go to a good welding gear shop or an industrial gas company gas and gear depot like Linde/Union Carbide/Air Products/BOC/Airliquide and tell them you want a propane cutting tip, they will sell one to you.

@Mooseboy240 The lever adds a big shot of extra oxygen into the flame to heat the metal super-hot and cut it.
