it all depends on the copper at the end of the day, they can book you for inproper use of lights as technichly they are fog lights, not driving lights.

normaly it would be a £30 on the spot fine, but if you have a section 59 for instance they could if they wanted to go that far take your car off you!!

me too mate, driven past coppers loads with them on and they have never ever pulled me, suppose it depends if the copper ya drive past is having a bad day!!!!

I got stopped the other day about that but I argued that it was actually misty and I had reason to use them. In my opinion the copper was just looking for a reason to stop and check my insurance and car etc. Fair play though, copper was alright after a while and we started talking about cars - turns out he's got a Mk1 Escort rally car! haha

i drive with mine when its dark as its more lighting without dazleing people with my main beams

and i see alot of other people driving with them on and i have never heard anything bout a fine is this really true ?

Sounds and looks good mate :P Turn the fogs off tho 30 quid fine + Points and it looks gash with them on.
