What's the difference if you use general anesthetic than local anesthetic? The background is kinda noisy, hard to hear him.

@millicentbienvenu Hi! It is a little noisy there - sorry about that! He says, basically, that they use general anesthetic because the patients prefer it and because it makes the procedure easier to perform. He then goes on (in the really noisy part) to discuss that it takes forty-five minutes to one hour per area and then that the time is increased based on the size of the patient and how long it takes to change their position during the procedure.

If it is your first time travelling overseas for surgery, I would recommend Dr. P as the best man for the job. He is very professional, caring and a good communicator. He is highly skilled and educated.

This one's interesting too. I'm surprised how easily I can understand him. I had no idea what a Thai surgeon would sound like LOL. He seems to have a lot of experience for his age that's very impressive!!!
