Tannery Mall Newmarket Ontario assault

Location of Assault -- Tannery Mall 465 Davis Drive, Newmarket. Ontario
Time of Assault - Saturday, November 11 2006 / approx 11:30pm
The following statement is the written account in strict chronological order of what events took place to the best of my knowledge, Saturday, November 11 2006.
-The events in their entirety took place within 5 -10 minutes.
At Approximately 11:10pm -- 11: 20pm I was at the Fox and Fiddle at 446 Davis Drive.
Directly across the Street from the Hound. I decided to make a phone call and do not own a cell phone. The Fox and fiddle did not have a public telephone, And so I decided to walk across the street to the Tannery Mall. Inside the Tannery Mall Entrance is access to a public phone and a bank machine.
Before making a call for a taxi cab on the public telephone booth in the Tannery mall, I decided to withdraw additional funds from the bank machine, which was approx 30 feet beside the telephone.
When I approached the bank machine inside the Tannery Mall public main hallway, (which happens to be directly across from The Hound's Entrance, but not on hound's property) my ex-business partner, Zoran Kutlarovski happened to be sitting at the main Entrance of The Hound restaurant and bar. This was in direct view of the Bank machine and me.
When Mr.Kutlarovski recognized it was me at the bank machine, he exclaimed:
"What are you doing here yo-yo"? I turned around and replied something to the extent
That I'm here! What's the big deal? (I do not remember the exact words)
At this point Mr. Kutlarovski motioned to his staff to come with him and he and his staff
Began walking towards me, in the Tannery Mall property. Zoran stood behind his staff and began yelling profanities while one of his staff members began pushing me backwards, towards the tannery main entrance doors.
After being pushed through the Tannery mall doors and out onto the Tannery Mall parking lot, Zoran's cousin (Tony Trajanoski) and other staff circled around me, including George Karayianni (whom I was informed by police, is the individual that assaulted me, According to a sworn witness statement)
At this point I yelled back to Zoran: (I do not remember the exact words) "Oh, You think you're Mr. big shot now cause you've got your security around me?" Next thing I remember is waking up in the holding cell the next morning with a broken jaw and charged for intoxicated in a public place. Police apparently found me Unconscious in the Tannery Mall parking lot. A pedestrian apparently walked by and called Police. I was found behind a vehicle.

Global-Clean can maintain stocks of the following consumable supplies: 1. Liquid hand soap 2. Paper towels rolls 3. Toilet paper 4. Clear garbage bags 5. Clear workstation refuge container liners 6. Feminine hygiene disposal units and supplies

Other items listed above, all other janitorial supplies can be provided by Global-Clean Inc.
