Which Edition of Windows 7 is Best for Me?

There are several different editions of Windows 7. Which one are you?

Windows 7 Starter: Very simple, very basic. You can only have 3 windows open at a time. Only for Internet browsing really.

Windows 7 Home Premium: Has new interface, great for games and the Internet and movies and media and that stuff. Will be very popular. No XP Mode.

Windows 7 Professional: Has Windows XP Mode, has media stuff and games, no bitlocker or multi language support. Great for business and play.

Windows 7 Ultimate: Has XP Mode, has bitlocker, has 35 different languages, has everything available in Windows 7.

I will be using Windows 7 Professional.

So what will the average schmuck (me) be losing from choosing Home Premium over Ultimate? I don't want to waste money on features I don't need.

I overheard that Ultimate had more security features, but I don't know about that...

HAHA,  I GOT HOME PREMIUM INSTALLED THAN WENT TO ANYTIME UPGRADE AND GOT ULTIMATE FOR FREE!(had to go through bout 25 videos on youtube though for the key:D)

My gaming laptop default with Window 7 Home Premium and I change them to Ultimate so that it can support all function and don't have to think for any lacking of anything ....
