No fuckin way he meant that. in fact if he had tried to do that he would have hit the ball out of the stadium. All the greatest goals have need a little luck, such as a mishit or poor defending so I'm not knocking Carlos because it is a trully outstanding goal. He obviously tried to drill it in the box for a runner but due to the pace the ball was going he hit the edge of the ball which put all that reverse swing on it which completely baffled the keeper and ended up in the side netting
