Rare video of one of West Virginia's premiere tourist steam trains doing a winter run. The Durbin Climax #3 worked as a logging train for years before being sold for scrap. It was brought back to West Virginia and started a new life as a tourist train. Due to the extreme difficulties of heating up a steam train in sub-zero weather, winter runs like this are rare. Terry Lively, MA, award-winning WV documentarian produced and directed this clip.
