Your allowed to drink on the air, Ricky Gervais did that while he was hosting but you cant smoke a joint. This is ridiculous, its not even that bad of a drug if you compare it to the other drugs like the "government" is suppose to do in order to make them legal or illegal. Tobacco causes so many deaths per year but thats legal. So this notion of being legal because its safer is bull shit, the government doesnt want to admit it would save us a ton of money if its legal.
