My Adoption Story: How I found my biological sister in 24 hours

This video was recorded in August 2010 (on my trip to Cali to meet my sister for the first time) telling the story of how I found my biological sister, Lisa, in 24 hours (on July 16, 2010). My Aunt Lorilee recorded this video at my Aunt Barbara's house that lives in Redondo Beach, California where my biological family threw a reunion party so me and my sister could meet my biological Aunts (Aunt Lorilee, Aunt Barbara, Aunt Judy, & Aunt Janice), my biological Uncles (Uncle Jeff, & Uncle Steven), & my biological cousins (Jarret, Jamie, Vivian, Sara, & Dan). I still get chills thinking back to July 16, 2010 and I thank God every single day for allowing me to have the opportunity to find my sissy and other biological relatives. I feel so blessed to have the missing pieces to my adoption story now...I have the closure I've always wanted & almost all the questions that I used to wonder about have been answered. The reason why I am sharing this personal story with everyone is because I hope that this story gives someone the inspiration to look for their loved ones or to give that person who already is that extra push to keep searching. It is crazy to think that not even a year ago I met my sister, aunts, uncles, & cousins for the first time, and now I am going to be reunited with all of them plus more in 3 weeks at my sister's wedding. GOD IS TRULY AMAZING & words really can't express how grateful I am to have now so many loving biological family members on top of already having such a loving family that has raised me to be whom I am today.
